The European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, during the period 2014-2020, named Horizon 2020 (H2020), has been operating for a number of months. The basic objectives are to tackle the big social challenges, promote the European industrial leadership and reinforce the position of the EU in the international scientific field. The programme considers from the creation of knowledge to its implementation in the market. The research focused on Cultural Heritage occupies professionals of different disciplines, from the humanities and social sciences fields to the ones of basic and applied sciences. This means a knowledge enrichment and, at the same time, it also implies a dispersion and a higher difficulty to identify funding opportunities.

Objetives
- Present the Programme Horizon 2020, in particular those calls in which a project focused on Cultural Heritage could fit in.
- Analyse the specific contents of the calls.
- Expound concrete experiences from the hand of the protagonists.
- Enhance research and innovation on Cultural Heritage at European level.
- Foster a higher presence of professionals and successful proposals targeted at different aspects related to Cultural Heritage, at the different calls.

Target Group
Researchers, professionals, companies, entities and institutions whose activity revolves in the Cultural Heritage field, and people interested in getting to know the research on Cultural Heritage at European level and participating in proposals for the H2020 calls.
